Why is minos wasteland blinking

I'm guessing it can just glitch up like that sometimes and keep flashing. User Info: xGenocidest. It's a glitch, not aware of any quick fix ATM. If you keep playing, apparently it'll go away. Maybe that's where the Leviathan DLC will take place I just completed the geth fighter squadrons mission and it started flashing for me again.
